Booking, Amendment & Cancellation Policy
Every booking made with T G Travels Pvt Ltd is subject to cancellation charges as per the details shared for each individual booking on email.
All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing online to taruna@makeholidayseasy.in to cancel and process refund if any subject to the cancellation clause.
Refunds if any will be credited to the customer’s account only after receiving the amount from the third party service provider
T G TRAVELS will not be liable in case the airline or hotel or DMC closes its operation and declares insolvency or bankruptcy.
Refund Policy
In regard to refund of unused / un-utilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 6 -8 weeks due to banking procedures . Refund will be possible we have received the refund into our account from the respective service provider . If the refund is made to the Bank account, the bank charges if any would be debited from the refund amount.
